Down in the Valley Ukulele Tutorial for Beginners

For this week we bring you an easy 2 chord song with Down in the Valley ukulele tutorial. While you can play the song with just two chords, Jenny plays it in two keys to keep it more interesting. Down in the Valley is a popular blues folk song that’s been around since the 1920s. Ukulele Tutorial for the Beatles' In My Life

For those wanting to learn another Beatles song, we’re thrilled to feature the following In My Life ukulele tutorial. Even if you’re not a Beatles fan, In My Life is such a beautiful song to learn on the ukulele. The song has sentimental lyrics, bluesy melody and ingenious instrumental arrangement. Indeed, you won’t regret giving the time to learn and master this nostalgic love song.

While the original song by the Beatles released in 1965 is in key of A, Jenny transposed the song to key of C for two reasons. First of all, the chords are easier on this key. Also, this key fits Jenny’s voice better. So let’s get to the chords of song which are C, G, Am, C7, F, Fm, Dm, D7 and Bb. Although the chords Fm and Bb are a little complicated, Jenny shows how to play those chords in the video.

Ukulele Tutorial for What a Wonderful World

Let’s learn another Iz song on the ukulele with Jenny’s What a Wonderful World ukulele tutorial. While Louis Armstrong originally recorded What a Wonderful World in 1967, Israel Kamakawiwoʻole included the song in a ukulele medley he released in 1993. Indeed, many other notable musicians have recorded this song which expresses appreciation and gratitude for the world that we live in.

First of all, we learn what chords are used. We’ll be needing seven chords and these are shown by Jenny in the video: C, Em, F, Dm, E7, Am and G7.
